Physician Bio

Bingham Healthcare is pleased to welcome David Holland, certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C), who has joined the team at 1st Choice Urgent Care. With almost 30 years of medical experience, David brings a tremendous amount of emergency medicine, clinical, and trauma skills.

He chose the healthcare profession because he likes talking to and helping people. Early in his career, he worked with the fixed wing team for Air Idaho Rescue and later treated students from around the world at the BYU-Idaho Student Health Center.

As someone who is extremely down-to-earth, David takes the time to care for and listen to each patient. He says, “I just want to help people get back on their feet—mentally, physically, and spiritually.”

David is also a proud husband and father of three sons, two of whom are RNs in Idaho Falls. In his spare time, he enjoys anything to do with the water from boating to fishing and he likes camping and safe motorcycling—on and off road.
