Monthly classes focused on integrating physical activity and nutrition into daily life. Includes meal planning tips, exercise demonstrations, and guidance for those with physical limitations.

Six-week classes for parents and guardians that focus on building respectful, responsible children. Uses empathy, logical consequences, and consistent discipline techniques. You do not have to do it alone. Learning and developing good parenting skills will help you to be more prepared for the challenges you will face as a parent and to develop a stronger bond with your child.

Bingham Healthcare encourages smoking cessation through trusted partners. Idaho residents are referred to Project Filter, which offers free nicotine replacement, quit plans, and coaching.

A year-long lifestyle change program for people at risk for type 2 diabetes. During the program, participants keep track of their food intake, physical activity, and work with the Lifestyle Coach and the group to overcome barriers to a healthy lifestyle.

Individual and group-based education programs addressing substance misuse, decision-making skills, and risk awareness. Services often include court-approved classes and prevention education.
