Physician Bio

We are pleased to introduce Kody Gould, Physician Assistant, who works at Bingham Healthcare’s 1st Choice Urgent Cares throughout Eastern Idaho. In addition, he serves as a first-assist in our operating rooms.

Kody assesses patients of all ages by performing a comprehensive history, physical examination, and appropriate diagnostic testing. He formulates plans to manage a patient’s condition medically and serves as a health information resource through interactions with patients and their families.

Specifically, Kody treats patients with acute illnesses including fever, dehydration, influenza, asthma exacerbation, pneumonia, accidental ingestion, appendicitis, bowel obstructions, gastroenteritis, serious bug bites, burns, abscesses, and other viral illnesses. He also treats patients with head injuries, migraines, lacerations, sprains, fractures, and dislocations.

As a former collegiate athlete, Kody is well acquainted with setting and achieving goals. One of his favorite parts of practicing medicine is being able to help his patients overcome obstacles to accomplish their own goals. He believes his patients should be well informed and that all medical plans should be directed towards helping his patients achieve their individual aspirations.

When Kody is not practicing medicine, he enjoys spending time with family, running, playing and following a variety of sports, hiking, and traveling.
