Physician Bio

We are pleased to introduce Lauren C. Anderson, MD, board-certified otolaryngologist. She provides a comprehensive diagnostic and treatment program for all diseases involving the ear, nose, or throat (ENT).

She treats patients of all ages and enjoys all aspects of general otolaryngology practice including management of Eustachian tube dysfunction, sinus disease, head and neck cancer, and tonsil problems. She is an accomplished surgeon with exceptional technical skills and compassionate personalized care that brings major medical center knowledge to the smaller communities. She always stays on the cutting edge of ENT treatments, bringing both balloon sinuplasty and Eustachian tube dilations to East Idaho.

Neck mass/lymph node removal
Saliva gland surgery
Sinus surgery and septoplasty
Thyroid and parathyroid surgery
Tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy

Dr. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science with honors in Latin from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She earned her Doctor in Medicine from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana, and completed her Otolaryngology residency at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana.

When Dr. Anderson is not practicing medicine, she enjoys spending time with her husband John, son David, and three dogs. She is a yoga instructor, with a certification in Buti Yoga, and hopes to teach in her spare time.
