Physician Bio

We are pleased to welcome Samantha Hrabik, NP to our Urgent Care team, where she will primarily serve patients at our Blackfoot clinic and provide additional coverage at all urgent care locations.

Samantha recently earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University, building on a solid clinical foundation from her years of experience at Bingham Memorial Hospital, where she worked in both the Operating Room (OR) and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). Her hands-on experience in high-acuity hospital settings makes her a strong addition to our team.

Samantha earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho, and holds a Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University.

Born and raised in Blackfoot, Samantha is excited to serve the community she grew up in. She is married and has two children. She enjoys traveling, the outdoors, and spending time with her family.
