Bingham Healthcare is pleased to recommend Fahim Rahim, MD, a talented nephrologist who is board-certified in both nephrology and internal medicine.

Dr. Rahim and his brother are proud recipients of the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, the first Idahoans to receive this honor. Together, they own and operate the Idaho Kidney Institute, with offices in Pocatello, Blackfoot, and Idaho Falls. The dialysis center at Bingham Memorial Hospital specializes in the treatment of chronic kidney disease. They employ state-of-the-art procedures and therapies to treat chronic kidney disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, post kidney transplant care, internal medicine, diabetes related kidney problems, anemia and dialysis.

He and his wife have two beautiful children. He is fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi. He has become an outdoor enthusiast since moving to Pocatello. In his spare time he enjoys running, mountain biking, and an occasional game of paintball.
