BMH Announces New Medical Director of Quality Services

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Kenneth Newhouse, MD, as our new Medical Director of Quality Services. As many of you may already know, he is a highly qualified orthopedic surgeon with Bingham Memorial’s Orthopedic Institute & Sports Medicine team. As Medical Director of Quality Services, Dr. Newhouse will be working closely with our Board of Directors and administrative team to help maintain and improve the hospital’s reputation for high patient satisfaction and patient care.

He has proven success as a caring and compassionate physician and is a leading advocate in the areas of healthcare risk management and patient safety.”

Working closely with Dr. Newhouse will be Holly Davis, RN. Holly is the newly appointed Director of Quality at BMH. She brings quality improvement and nurse management experience from her 25 years of work in the health care industry. A native of Eastern Idaho, she earned her degree from Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho.
“Under her direction, the quality of our orthopedics program has received national recognition,” said Mr. Erickson. “She helped establish the region’s only orthopedic center with Blue Distinction™. In her new role, she will be able to help move our programs to this level of quality care.”
