Thanksgiving Message from CEO, Jake Erickson

Dear Team Bingham,

As Thanksgiving approaches, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve navigated together this past year. In 2024, we faced a unique set of challenges, from expanding access to care in remote areas to ensuring our facilities kept pace with new demands. Yet, time and again, you showed an unwavering dedication to our mission. Each of you has been a source of resilience and inspiration to me personally, and to every patient who walks through our doors.

In particular, I am thankful for how we came together to address critical needs in our community:

• Meeting increased patient demand with innovative care solutions and support that brings hope and comfort, even during the toughest moments.

• Working tirelessly to adapt to new technologies, such as digital health tools that allow us to extend quality care beyond traditional boundaries.

• Supporting one another as we balanced our own needs with the needs of the patients and families who rely on us daily.

This year, as we gather with our loved ones or take a moment of quiet reflection, let us remember the power of kindness and compassion. The smallest gestures—a listening ear, a word of encouragement—can make all the difference to someone facing a difficult day.

I am deeply grateful to work alongside such remarkable individuals who go above and beyond for others. May this Thanksgiving season bring you warmth, peace, and joy with those dearest to you.

Warm regards,

Jake Erickson, MBA/HCA CEO, Bingham Healthcare
