Physician Bio
Bingham Memorial Hospital is pleased to introduce Bret A. Timmons, DO, FAAFP, board certified in family medicine. He has more than 20 years of medical experience as a family practice physician and has worked in emergency departments for more than 10 years.
Dr. Timmons majored in Biochemistry at California State Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo, California, and completed a Doctor of Osteopathy from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. He completed his internship and residency in Family Practice at the Kern Medical Center in Bakersfield, California. He belongs to the Fellow American Academy of Family Practice (FAAFP).
When Dr. Timmons is not practicing medicine, he enjoys camping, playing chess, and studying history, religion, and philosophy. He also speaks Marshallese, which is a Malayo-Polynesian language spoken in the Marshall Islands.
