Physician Bio

We are pleased to welcome back Candiss Aschenbrenner, MSN, FNP-c to our integrative and functional medicine clinic.  With over 12 years of medical experience, Candiss is involved in all aspects of patient care and works with patients suffering from chronic diseases.  She helps patients achieve their best health through preventing and treating chronic disease through holistic treatments that are designed to work with traditional medicine.  She has clinical experience in behavior medicine, family medicine, and hormone care. In addition, she has extensive experience working with people who have Down syndrome and other developmental disabilities.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Idaho state university, Pocatello, Idaho and a Master of Science in nursing from Walden University, Minneapolis, Minnesota. In addition, she holds is a certified massage therapist and infant massage instructor.  She specializes in infant massage for infants with Down Syndrome.

Aside from medicine, Candiss’ other interests include daily meditation and yoga, writing, and spending time with her family exploring the beauty of Southeast Idaho.
