The Health & Wellness Sleep Institute, a proud affiliate of Bingham Healthcare, is pleased to introduce Helene Poulos-Edmo, DNP, FNP-C, a sleep disorder and primary care specialist.

Helene brings a tremendous amount of experience as she has been working in the medical field for more than 25 years. She has a strong clinical background in administration, primary care, acute care, neurology, internal medicine, mental health, and sleep disorders.

In her spare time, Helene enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves to travel.
