Physician Bio
We are proud to have Michael Jones, DO, board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist, as part of our medical staff.
As an Ob-Gyn, Dr. Jones is always accepting new patients. He specializes in normal and high-risk obstetrics, work-ups and treatments of abnormal pap smears, colposcopies, endometriosis, treatment of prolapsed bladder or uterus, preventative medicine, work-up and treatment of urinary incontinence and gynecology surgeries. In addition, he is trained to use the da Vinci robotic surgical system for minimally invasive general surgeries.
When he is not practicing medicine, Dr. Jones enjoys spending time with his family, snow fishing, fishing, being outdoors, playing tennis and golf, and camping.
Professional Credentials
- Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry, from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah
- Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Arizona
- Internship in family practice was at Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho
- Residency in obstetrics and gynecology was at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas
