Physician Bio
William Nibley, MD, is a board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist with decades of experience providing comprehensive cancer care. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from The George Washington University School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Utah Health Sciences Center, with extensive training in emergency medicine and intensive care.
Dr. Nibley completed fellowship training in medical oncology and hematology through the University of Utah Division of Hematology & Oncology, gaining advanced expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of hematologic malignancies, solid tumors, coagulation disorders, and bone marrow transplantation.
Dr. Nibley has also served as a Clinical Assistant Professor and Instructor of Medicine at the University of Utah, contributing to the education and training of future physicians. He has participated in oncology and hematology research and has authored peer-reviewed publications focused on stem cell engraftment and hematologic disease.
His approach to care is grounded in experience, scientific rigor, and a strong commitment to guiding patients and families through complex diagnoses with clarity and compassion.
