2024 2nd Quarter Servant’s Heart Recipients

Tyson Harris, FNP-C

We had a patient come in for urgent care, unaware that our clinic had moved. The patient, who was out of breath and experiencing blurred vision, had walked in seeking help. Tyson was promptly informed of the situation and realized that our clinic wasn’t equipped with the necessary medical equipment to address the patient’s needs. Despite this, Tyson went above and beyond. He personally spoke with the patient, apologized for the inconvenience, and offered to transport him to the urgent care on Yellowstone, ensuring he received the care he needed.

Tyson Harris consistently demonstrates a remarkable commitment to his patients. He meticulously follows up on every aspect of patient care and is always willing to make that extra effort, whether it’s advocating on behalf of his patients with insurance companies or taking the time to ensure they fully understand their health issues. His dedication extends to working on his days off and maintaining a positive attitude, even on challenging days. Tyson is not only a wellspring of knowledge but also a compassionate, benevolent individual who truly has a servant’s heart. It is a privilege to work with someone who cares so deeply for his patients and colleagues alike.

Lacie Briscoe, RN

When a patient experienced the tragic loss of her baby early in her pregnancy, Lacie Briscoe showed incredible compassion and dedication. Although Lacie was scheduled to work that night, she took the time to visit her dentist to acquire materials for making molds of the baby’s hands and feet. That night, she carefully took the molds so the mother could have cherished keepsakes of her baby. This gesture was deeply moving and demonstrated Lacie’s profound empathy and love for her work. Lacie also contributes greatly to our department by assisting with scheduling and orienting new nurses. Her dedication, teaching ability, and kind demeanor make her an invaluable member of our team.

Colbey Edwards

Colbey Edwards received a well-deserved Shine On message: On December 21st, Colbey was waiting for a drink at the Daily Shot when she noticed Melissa, who was overwhelmed by a long line and a large call-in order of over 20 drinks. Without hesitation, Colbey jumped in to help, taking orders and mixing cold drinks, despite her usual role in the Admissions and PFC department. Her willingness to step in and support her colleagues exemplifies the spirit of teamwork and generosity that we value so highly. We are incredibly proud to have Colbey on our team, always ready to lend a hand wherever needed.
